Senquavious Driver was with his aunt Connie Belle Jenkins Sweet at a Dollar General store in Georgia running some errands when he noticed a woman having some trouble in the parking lot.

Rushing to the old woman’s aid, 17-year-old Senquavious quickly made his way over to her and helped her make her way into the store.

“It brought tears to my eyes because he wanted to help her and not even knowing her situation she was so glad he took the time to help her,” Connie wrote on the Spalding County Discussion Page on Facebook.

As Senquavious began talking to the woman, he learned that she was 81-years-old and had just recently suffered from a painful fall, leaving her with a severe back injury.

Assisting the woman while she shopped around in the store, Senquavious stayed right by her side and made sure she did not have a hard time getting the stuff she needed.

Senquavious already had a lot to be proud of, being a member of the high school basketball team while still maintaining his honor roll status when it came to his grades.

As if he was not a great student and kid already, Senquavious showed that sometimes just taking a little time out of your day to help another person can make a huge difference in the way their day is going.

Senquavious made that woman’s day a lot easier and a lot more pleasant by simply acknowledging that she needed some help after the bad fall she recently experienced, and we hope his actions influence others to act similarly when they see somebody in need!
