Tired of the banking systems that always control your money? What’s even more annoying is that these banks seem to be receiving more benefits from you rather than you receiving more benefits from the banks.
This featured video shows how one bank is taking a stand to make itself distinct from all the other banks, by helping out and thanking its customers directly.
Welcome to TD Bank! The video introduces a new and upcoming banking system that seems to be paying off for its customers. This time of the year, TD Bank decided to do something special for its customers, by setting up each TD Thank Account for each of its customers to receive a certain benefit. Wonder what these benefits actually are? This video highlights a few of them.
In the beginning, one employee of TD Bank states that “Your heart flutters and it is always nice to give back to the people that you see in the community(.)”. Many of their customers do not know what is coming, and will soon find out.
For the featured customers in this video, they are asked to scan their TD Bank credit cards, whether they are at an ATM machine, buying groceries at a convenience store, or meeting with a fellow TD Bank employee. As soon as the card is scanned, a thank you note appears on the screen to the customer! Many of the people are surprised. It gets even better.
When their receipt is printed out, on it reads a letter addressed to the customer directly. Each of these letters is directed towards each customer, saying that TD Bank is thankful for their loyalty with the company, and how the bank would like to give back to them. At the bottom of the receipt shows a TD Thank Account opened for each customer. Inside each account, lies an enormous amount of gifts from TD Bank!
From 1-week vacations, football tickets, full furniture, to even money for college tuition, each gift is unique for each customer, based on the life circumstances of that customer. All the customers have a priceless reaction. Some laugh, some can’t stop smiling, and some can’t help but continue crying. It’s a great movement by TD Bank to give back to their loyal customers, and this video captures just that.
