Here are 30 healthy substitutions you can make to help you lose weight.
1) Healthy Pasta Substitute
Life without pasta doesn’t seem worth living. But you don’t have to skip out on it. Chickpea pasta is a healthy alternative with lot more protein.
2) Healthy Wrap Alternative
Flour tortillas are delicious. No one can deny that. But you can switch out the taco shell for a lettuce wrap to drastically cut down on calories.
3) Fill Up On Veggies
You can get a lot fuller eating a lot more veggies than eating a few crackers. Vegetables are filled with vitamins and nutrients. But crackers just have carbs and salt.
4) Eat The Good Sugar
If you have a sweet tooth go for the good sugars. You can eat a lot more watermelon compared to just a few jelly beans. Plus it’s a lot healthier for you.
5) Do Tacos Right
You don’t have to stop eating tacos just because you’re on a diet. You just have to learn how to make them right. A few different choices will make a world of difference.
6) Swap This, For That
You can eat the same types of food, but make a few slight changes can be so much healthier for you. Swap roasted nuts for raw nuts, olive oil for canola, oil and red onions for white onion.
