There are actually a lot more similarities between us humans and canines than you might think. After all, we all love to have some fun once in a while, play around, both species know how to show their affection (especially when dogs start giving you tons of sweet licks and kisses!) and we can also get very excited when something new or special happens.
One Boxer had an amazing reaction when her owner decided to introduce a new puppy to the family.
This new puppy was pretty much a lookalike of her current Boxer too, and you can tell that the dog didn’t know what was happening.
Unfortunately, there are still some prejudices and stereotypes about the Boxer breed, but every Boxer owner will agree that these dogs are just absolutely wonderful.
They can look adorable, but it’s mostly their personality that is so beloved. They’re joyful most of the time, and will always be in for a play session.
Some families also believe that their Boxer is the perfect companion for their children.
Not only are they playful and affectionate, but Boxers are also known to show a lot of patience and they’re also very protective of their family. They wouldn’t want anything happening to their small human best friends and will stay by their side for life.
When the owner of this boxer wanted to add a new puppy Boxer to the family, she decided to completely surprise her previous pet and record her reaction.
The video went viral on YouTube with over a hundred thousand views. The pooch’s reaction is just so precious and sweet! The small clip just really shows how amazing and pure this dog breed is.
We can see the dog owner walking into the room with a large box in her hands, and this is certainly something that grabs the attention of her four-footer.
The pooch has no idea what was inside, but she was determined to find out!
As soon as the box was put on the ground, the four-footer was immensely intrigued and couldn’t wait to take a glimpse.
Firstly, it was her nose that did most of the detective work.
She already smelled something familiar, which is pretty much a given since it’s the exact same breed.
When it was time for the big reveal, this large Boxer sibling was overwhelmed with excitement and joy!
This wasn’t just a regular puppy, it was another Boxer friend.
It wasn’t a newborn, but still a very tiny puppy, probably around two months old. The other Boxer just became a big sister to this cute little furball!
Right away, the larger dog gets closer to her new friend, and the puppy isn’t scared of saying ‘hello’ either. It didn’t even take long before both of them booped their noses together, and it’s just so sweet and adorable to witness.
When the little one wanted to get out of the box, she actually fell onto the carpet – but the puppy’s big sister was there to protect and take care of her.
It’s the protective nature of a Boxer that really comes to play here. As soon as both of them are on solid ground, you can just see their tails wagging because of pure excitement.
And even though they just met – these two are clearly ready for a play session together!
The little one jumps right on her bigger sister, who loves the extra attention she’s getting. The funniest part of the whole video still had to come, however.
The Boxer puppy wanted to get back inside the box, but then got stuck on the edge!
Just watching these two run and play around in the room is truly amazing and will put a smile on your face. We’re pretty sure their owner loves it too!
