When the fetus is developed and leaves the mother’s womb, that layer of membrane is almost always broken. In fact, the chances of the amniotic sac not breaking during birth is 1 in 80,000! This video captures an incredibly rare moment, as you see the baby still curled up inside the amniotic sac.
