And the ingredients are so simple that you don’t have to go out and buy it, anyone could make it at home! This recipe will help your hair grow faster and longer.

Not only will it help your hair grow, but it also gives your hair a deep cleansing making it thick, shiny, soft, and full all while promoting a healthy scalp.

The first thing you’ll need is a shampoo with a neutral pH.

Anastasia of Anatasia’s Secret finds that baby shampoo is best for this because it’s mild, gentle, and has fewer chemicals than other shampoos. It also doesn’t foam up like other shampoos, while still giving you a proper cleanse.

The next ingredient is rosemary oil.

According to Livestrong.com, rosemary has been known for stimulating hair growth for centuries. It also has restorative, antiseptic, antimicrobial and astringent properties. Rosemary oil is said to stimulate cell division and dilate blood vessels while stimulating hair follicles into producing new hair growth.

You’ll also need some vitamin E caplets.

Since vitamin E is an antioxidant it helps to repair and build your tissue, so when you put it on your head it will reduce inflammation and repair damage to your hair follicles. Healthy hair follicles are more likely to promote hair growth.

There are many recipes for this shampoo online, but here’s Anastasia’s recipe:

Pour a full bottle of baby shampoo (she used Johnson’s Baby Shampoo) into a deep dish or container. This should amount to around 500 ml of shampoo. Then add 33 drops of essential oil of rosemary to your shampoo, along with 33 drops of essential oil of lemon. Next, drop in half of a teaspoon of vitamin E and mix everything together well. Pour the shampoo back into your bottle.

It’s best to use this shampoo every other day. Put it in your hair, massage it in, and let it stand for about 10 minutes before you rinse with warm water. You should see results within a few weeks or sooner.
