Exfoliate with papaya

Papaya is a natural exfoliant because of its fruit acids known as alpha-hydroxy acids. This works by removing the top layer of the skin and dead skin cells to reveal healthy skin underneath. How to use papaya? Mash a ripe papaya and apply it to the area. Leave it on for about 15 to 20 mins. Before removing the mask, rub it in a circular motion for more exfoliation.
