Anything a person can do to make themselves healthy and slow down aging and inflammation is good. Sometimes people need to make significant changes to their lifestyles while other times, small things make a big difference. People who experience severe inflammation may need to see a doctor for help with managing their symptoms.
Here are 30 things that can cause inflammation and speed up the aging process. Make sure you do everything possible to take care of your body so that you stay healthy. If you plan on being around for a long time, you need to have to take control of your health.
1. Your Sedentary Job
